New build residential complex in Golden Sands
In March, Golden Sands Divelapmant Ltd. plans to begin construction of a residential complex of two five-storey buildings.
The site, called "Fanagoriya" will be located in the resort "Golden Sands" of the so-called. "third line" in relative proximity to one of the entrances of the complex.
The unfolded built area of the site is approximately 12 000 sq. m.
Project in two buildings to be built 143 homes in total, of which 68 studios.
To shape the surrounding area will be used many park elements such as benches, trellis, landscape lighting, as hard coatings for walls and supporting individual green areas.
The deadline for implementation of the residential complex by the end 2011
