Location: The 3- star Prima Sol Excelsior and Sunrise Hotel Sunlight Resort is strategically set in the centre of the resort and a 5 minute walk to the fine, immaculate, golden beaches in the resort of the Golden Sands. Belonging to the international PrimaSol network, the complex consists of two hotels (Excelsior and Sunrise) which function as a whole and provide a myriad of services, facilities and opportunities for rest and recreation.
Accommodation: There is a total of 410 rooms (double rooms and suites), most of which provide sea views and are furnished to the highest standards in order to provide a carefree and comfortable stay. Food and Drinks Facilities: The complex presents the opportunity for an ALL INCLUSIVE service in Sunlight Resort. Guests of the hotel have at their disposal a main restaurant which serves buffet breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. The a la carte restaurant The Old Tree (next to the swimming pool at the Excelsior Hotel) has delicious barbeque and show cooking which will provide you a taste of Bulgarian cuisine, spirits and wines.
Getting there: The closest airport to the Golden sands resort is Varna airport. The city’s infrastructure has a convenient transportation system which includes buses and trains. The Golden Sands can be reached by local buses and are only some 20 minutes away.
Nights out: You will discover that the resort lives up to its name as one of the trendiest, most active sea side resorts in the country. Offering an array of night time venues, you’ll have a lot to choose from and can easily spend every night in a different restaurant, bar, club and tavern.
Spa and leisure: There are endless possibilities for recreation and free time activities offered at the Prima Sol Hotel. There is: table tennis, volleyball, street ball, mini football, water polo, tennis, aerobics, darts, fitness, boccia, shuffleboard and daytime and evening animation programs, competitions and tournaments. For the more adventurous there are water sports such as jet ski, parachute, delta planer, wind surfing and yacht trips. Children will be just as well entertained and taken care of. There is a special children’s section in the outdoor swimming pool and water slides. What’s more, there is a club for young ones aged 4- 12 and a kid’s disco.
