Location: The 4- star Iberostar Obzor Beach Hotel is part of a compound with the Izgrev Hotel and the two form and operate as one massive, magnificent complex right on the very beach itself. Situated on the very beach, at the end of the beach promenade, the 9 storey modern building provides privacy, a full entertainment program, plenty of on- site facilities, an impeccable beach front setting and professional service to all its guests.

Accommodation: There are 246 double and 3 single rooms, as well as 8 apartments which consist of a living room and a bedroom. All units are kept meticulously clean and almost all offer full or partial sea views and are comfortably furnished with carpets, telephone, satellite TV, mini bar, air- conditioning, bathroom, WC and balcony.

Food and Drinks Facilities: Buffet breakfast and dinner are served in the hotel’s main restaurant Izgrev which provides a balanced and diverse menu, which includes cheeses, cold cuts, omelets, cereals and fruit. The a la carte Mediterraneo restaurant presents a delicious taste of Italian cuisine and a beautiful setting by the swimming pool. There is a pleasant lobby bar which provides a nice atmosphere for a meeting or simply a nice coffee break with friends. The amenities in the nearby Izgrev can also be used and include a spectacular sunbathing terrace and Sky bar on the 5th and 6th floor, as well as a hip night club.

Getting there: Arrival to the Golden sands resort is usually done by plane. The Varna airport is some 20 minutes away and Varna city provides bus, coach, taxi and mini bus transport to and from the resort on a regular basis.

Meeting Facilities: The deluxe Hermes conference room has a capacity of 230 seats, while the Obzor conference hall can fit 20 attendees. The highest standards are applied to both premises and they include air- conditioning, contemporary audio equipment, lighting, projectors, screens, flipcharts and are the perfect place for business meetings, conferences, trainings and presentations.

Nights out: Just a 10 minute walk away from the hotel premises, you’ll reach the well known centre and its many party and dining venues which have become favourites to families and singles alike. The resort is rich in restaurants, cafes, bars, taverns, shows, casinos and entertainment and pretty much everything in the centre is open until very late.

Spa and leisure: The spa centre at the hotel is located in the basement level of the hotel and is an oasis for those seeking relaxation and pampering - providing full body massages, facials, body wraps, an indoor swimming pool and loungers.
