Places to visit
The Aladzha Monastery is uniquely well-preserved, located about 3 km west of Golden Sands resort. This rock monastery was built before the 14th century, it's the one and only on the Balkan Peninsula. Cells monks and the church was drawn directly into the mountain rocks.
